‘After working as a therapy assistant for nearly 11 years, I recently started a new role as a healthcare apprenticeship assessor/coach, at Birmingham Women’s & Children’s NHS Trust. 

The CSP has expressed anger at the failure of the UK government to add physiotherapists and physio support workers to the shortage occupation list (SOL).

It doesn’t matter who I speak to at the moment everyone seems to be struggling with their mental health in one way or another.
